At Roskilde Office Space, we have a total of four modern meeting rooms that can accommodate between 4 and 16 people – perfect for both small teams and larger groups. Our meeting rooms are functional, bright, and equipped with all necessary technical equipment, ensuring your meetings run efficiently and professionally.

Additionally, we offer practical “phone booths” where you can retreat to take private calls or have short conversations without disturbing others.

A special feature is our meeting room in the basement, which can be transformed into an auditorium seating up to 20 people – ideal for presentations, workshops, or seminars.

Regardless of the need, our meeting rooms are flexible and accessible to all our tenants, ensuring you always have the right setting for your meetings and events.

The meeting room has space for up to 16 people and is ideal for larger meetings and presentations. The room is equipped with both a whiteboard and a TV with Chromecast and HDMI connection, so you can easily share content. A bright and spacious room with everything you need for an effective meeting.

Anholt meeting room is a smaller, but fully equipped space with room for up to 5 people. Perfect for quick meetings, one-on-one conversations, or online meetings. The room has both a whiteboard and a TV with Chromecast and HDMI.

The meeting room has space for up to 7-8 people and is ideal for team meetings, client meetings, or smaller workshops. The room is bright and functional with TV, Chromecast, HDMI connection, and whiteboard, so you can easily present, write down ideas, and collaborate effectively in a professional setting.

Bornholm is located in the basement and has space for 12 people as standard – but can easily be transformed into a small auditorium with up to 20 seats. It is equipped with TV, Chromecast, HDMI, and whiteboard, just like the other meeting rooms. Ideal for presentations, workshops, and smaller events.
